GAZPACHO
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo of peeled tomatoes
½ green/red pepper
1garlic clove
½ cucumber
1 dl olive oil
4 spoonful of wine vinegar
1 slice of white bread (if you don’t have white bread you can use
sliced bread)
Fine salt
ELABORATION:
1- Peel the tomatoes and introduce them in bowl.
2- Add the cucumber,a garlic clove,
pepper and bread soaked in water
3- Grind for some seconds and add the salt,
vinegar and oil.
4- Strain through a Chinese strainer to a
tureen and let chill for an hour.
