TORTILLA DE PATATAS

                  INGREDIENTES




                      1/2 kg potato
                      * 4-5 Eggs
                      * Salt
                      * Oil




                          1. First peel and wash the potatoes and

                          cut them into cubes, so that we could

                          fry them well. It is important to use a


                          few good potatoes for frying, it is the

                          base of any good Spanish Omelette.









                                        2. Set  a  frying  pan  with  abundant  virgin

                                            olive  oil  to  warm,  and  when  it  is  warm

                                            enough fry the potatoes. It is possible


                                            to  do  it  also  in  the  fryer,  but  the

                                            flavour is much better if they fry in a

                                            frying pan.
