150 / 20 BOP INTERVENTION SKID

The 150 / 20 BOP Skid is underslung mounted and used by the
ROV to perform testing and intervention override of BOP
sealing functions. The skid is capable of delivering up to 350
bar and 170 lpm. The fluid reservoirs on the skid can store up
to 280 Litres of control fluid.

The BOP skid is designed to deliver pressurised glycol or water
based fluid via a single port hotstab. It is comprised of 1 low
pressure high volume water pumps and 1 high pressure-low volume
pump.

The skid is also fitted with an ROV interface panel that displays
empty status of tanks, provides seawater intake controls and Top View
receptacle for parking the output hotstab. There is a hydraulically
activated valve that can select fluid intake from either fluid reservoir
or sea water.

The skid is to be connected directly to the main ROV hydraulic
supply (rather than the auxiliary tooling supply) via the hydraulic
intake manifold at the front of the skid.
