called Palestine. As Jeremiah foretold, both Arabs and
Jews began to return to their inherited homelands. This
outcome could not have occurred without the full
support of President Woodrow Wilson. In the midst of
the period when GOD had begun to restore Israel to its

            full glory (Is. 11:10-16, 35:1-2, 35:10, 41:17-20),
scattered Jews were in the process of returning to their
inherited land. President Woodrow Wilson played a
pivotal role, not only in opening the original Jewish
homelands, but also in setting the conditions wherein
GOD began HIS complete restoration of Israel. This
rendered the land open so Jews could return as GOD
had revealed to Moses (Deut. 30:1-10) and later

            affirmed to Isaiah (Is. 11:10-16).

In addition, President Wilson was pivotal in the
formation of what eventually emerged as the United
Nations. He championed the establishment of the

League of Nations. He was awarded the Nobel Peace
Prize in 1919 for his efforts. This global governing body
was established while the world was recovering from
the ravages of World War I. This League comprised
major world powers that were committed to a common
goal of resolving disputes before they erupted in open

warfare. Surprisingly, the USA did not join this League
because too many Republicans perceived that it would
undercut national sovereignty and autonomy in
international matters [14] . Despite the early opposition, it
can be justly said that Woodrow Wilson planted the
seed of the “embryo” that gestated into the United
