We now turn our focus to consider the fulfillment of a
few of the major prophecies that have impacted
modern-day Israel.

Moses’ farewell address foretold Israel through time
Prophecies from Moses’ farewell (circa 1486 BC)

[Leviticus 26] GOD spoke through Moses of the
Blessings for obedience and the Retributions for
disobedience that would fall on Israel throughout time.

[Deut. 28:25-35] Jews will be disobedient and will cycle
in/out of captivity by its surrounding enemies –fulfilled
throughout the period of Judges (1500-1000 BC).

[Lev. 26:1-20] GOD raised Moses to lead Israel out of
Egyptian bondage. During Israel’s 40 years of desert
wanderings, GOD spoke through Moses. HE revealed
prophecies that would determine Israel’s future
throughout the ages. Prophecies for modern-day Israel
trace back to GOD’s promise of immense “blessings”
that would rest on Israel’s faithfulness and HIS warnings
of the dreadful “retributions” that would fall on Israel

for its disobedience (Lev. 26:21-44).

Moses foretold the ages of Judges (circa 1500-1050 BC).
[Deut. 28:25-35] As Moses spoke his final farewell

address to Israel, circa 1486 BC, he foretold the fate of
Israel and the Jews throughout the ages. First, Moses
foretold that Jews would fall into disobedience and
suffer immense bondage at the hands of neighboring
enemies. In these scriptures, Moses did not mention
Kings, nor did he speak of foreign conquerors; rather he
