Corruption of Bribery
Chapter 6 : Corruption in the “Carbon World”
In July 2011, Dr Roy Spencer a Principal Research Scientist at the University of Alabama wrote a peer
reviewed and influential report debunking the extent of the IPCC’s conclusions on radiative forcing and
feedback. He noted that "not only does the atmosphere release more energy than previously thought, it
starts releasing it more early in the warming cycle. Satellites show energy being lost while climate
models show energy still being gained”.
The main finding from this research is that measuring atmospheric feedback is almost impossible due to
the inability to distinguish between radiative forcing and radiative feedback."
Albedo is an important factor in the level at which the Earth absorbs and reflects energy and in
simple terms it is the reflective quality of such things as snow and ice (highly reflective), plants,
deserts or mens’ bald heads. When temperatures rise, the albedo effects of the Earth normally
decline, mainly because of smaller snow and ice coverage.
The bottom line is that climatologists do not fully understand radiative forcing and feedback with
many believing that current models grossly overstate their effect. What is more, although carbon
dioxide concentrations have been slowly increasing, since 1988 temperatures in the Lower
Troposphere have been falling:

Figure 6.16 is taken from an excellent book titled “Chill” by Peter Taylor, a top scientist closely
associated with Greenpeace and an ex‐adviser to the UK government and the United Nations.
Professor Taylor is convinced that temperature changes are driven by incoming solar radiation

and that carbon dioxide is an inconsequential distraction .
