Chapter) as treasurer and Lady Tracy Brandon (Dale City-Prince William County
Chapter) as financial secretary.

The Area II Top Teens at the 35th Annual Area II Leadership Conference in Virginia
Beach, Virginia in April.

The conference afforded the chance for Area II to honor chapters, Ladies and
Teens for their outstanding work. Lady Diana Raynor of the Southern Maryland
Chapter won the Marie T. Campbell Award 2017 Top Lady of the Year, while the
Hampton Roads Chapter took home the Area II Director’s Choice Award. The
Southern Maryland also won the Outstanding TLOD Chapter Showcase Award as
well as the Ozell Dean Award for Outstanding Total Program of Work. Teen Chase
Powell of the Prince George's County Chapter captured the Outstanding Top Teen
2017 Award, while Teen Kevin Moore of the Hampton Roads Chapter won the
