Mohan Yadav is next Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister
Mohan Yadav's appointment as the upcoming Chief Minister of
Madhya Pradesh marks a significant decision by the BJP,
unveiled today in a surprising turn of events after days of
anticipation. The 58-year-old Yadav, a seasoned three-time MLA
from Ujjain and a former member of Shivraj Singh Chouhan's
cabinet, is poised to lead the state.
Joining Yadav in pivotal roles are his two deputies, Jagdish
Devda and Rajendra Shukla, while former Minister Narendra
Singh Tomar, a contender in the state polls, is set to assume the
position of Speaker.
A moment captured in a video from the BJP meeting showcases
former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan presenting Mohan
Yadav with a bouquet, offering his blessings for the new role.
Expressing humility, CM-designate Mohan Yadav stated, "I am a dedicated party worker, and I extend my
gratitude to all, including the state and central leadership. With your unwavering support and love, I am
committed to fulfilling my responsibilities."
