                     Stick with what comes up first. Don’t argue with it, just note it and jot it
                down. Every answer you are jotting down is an idea. That is all—an idea, a
                concept, a belief, an image, an intangible bit of hullabaloo. But it’s an
                intangible bit of hullabaloo that is powerfully hypnotic, and if it’s left to lie
                unnoticed in your unconscious, it will permeate your experience and dictate
                your future. The hypnotic images in your mind predispose your reactions to
