Kaizen

Platinum Winner

Chetan has done an excellent Kaizen initiative
by simply ensuring that correct documentation is done
by each production unit on the recommendation given and
the saves done thereof of customers. This simple
documentation has had a multi fold effect.

One it has saved the customer and ensured that he stays with the
company because he is always being provided a first time right solution. Two
this documentation has provided a study material for the new joinees as they
are able to trouble shoot easily with the help of this and thereby provide
exemplary customer support without much hand holding.

Documentation is always key and prevents reinvention of wheel every time there is a
need to move around. This is proved by the project done by Chetan.

Chetan is a student in the Integrated program conducted by NIQC and he has very nicely put
into use the learning he has acquired from the team to bring good benefits to his organisation.
Kudos to him for applying his learning so effectively.

He has been thankful to the NIQC team for providing him the learning and the DN team for
providing him the platform to display his project and earn an award.
