             14   Adanya pelanggaran disiplin oleh Pegawai, maka ditindaklanjuti melalui sidang  Komite Pemeriksa Pelanggaran
                  disiplin sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku di Perusahaan.

             15.  Adanya pelanggaran yang mengarah Ke tindak pidana, maka akan ditindaklanjuti  Direksi
                  dengan proses hukum yang berlaku kepada lembaga penegak hukum dengan Direksi
                  sebagai pejabat penyerah perkara.
