               Make Customers Feel Important & Appreciated.

               Treat your customers as ROYALTY. How do you treat royalty? Make sure

               you address your customers by their names. Serve your customers as
               Kings  and  Queens.  Always  look  for  ways  to  generate  good  feelings

               about  doing  business  with  you.  Look  for  ways  to  always  show
               appreciation to your customers for doing business with you.




               Help Customers Understand Your Systems.


               Your organization may have the world’s best systems for getting things

               done, but if customers do not understand them, they can get confused,
               impatient and angry. Take time to explain how your systems work and

               how  they  simplify  transactions.  Be  careful  that  your  systems  do  not

               reduce the human element of your organization.





               Exceed Your Customers’ Expectations.


                Consider the following:


               *What is my customers’ expectation?


               You should take time to identify your customers’ expectation…this can

               be done by getting feedback or through administering questionnaires. It

               is only when you know your customers’ expectation of you that you can

               EXCEED it.
