The Customer Is Interested in competitive product/service PRICE,
QUALITY & QUANTITY.
It is not enough in today's environment to just meet customers'
Expectations……..we must exceed them.
Not only have customer expectations of service quality increased
over the past few years, but customers have also shown an
increasing willingness to switch brands. If the customer is not
happy with your product or services, they will send their business
to your competitor.
Never take todays Customer for granted. If you promise a
customer a product within a certain period of time, make sure
you deliver even before the expected delivery date. You should
also be mindful of your competitors delivery period as well.
This will help you beat competition thus delighting your customer.
