The Customer is that important person who traditionally comes to
you to buy a product or a service.
The good thing about the role of a Customer is that, it is not static.
Today you will be a Customer receiving service, the next moment
you are the Service Provider. One should always be guided by the
saying: ‘treat others the way you would want to be treated'.
The customer is the Life-line to any business:
A business with no customers is not in business. Every service
provider should look at getting repeat business from its
customers. Customers who will think about your business
whenever they need that particular service or product and not a
competitor.
