               The Customer Is Always Right.


               There is no if or but about this. Everything the Customer says is right.
               This  is  to  guide  us  not  to  get  into  any  argument  with  the  customer.

               Admittedly, the customer may not always make logical sense but do not

               argue with him.








               Be A Good Listener.


               Beware of making assumptions - thinking you intuitively know what the

               customer  wants.  You  cannot  practice  excellent  customer  service

               without getting feedback from customer. LISTEN to your customers.








               Identify Customer Needs.


               Customer needs are emotional rather than logical. The more you know

               your  customers,  the  better  you  become  at  anticipating  their  needs.

               Communicate  regularly  so  that  you  are  aware  of  their  problems  or
               upcoming needs.
