different from what is existing on the market.

Admit Your Mistakes…..Know When & How To Apologise.
We all make mistakes; when you offend your customers, do not try to
cover it up or deny it. Just admit it and if necessary do something to
make the situation right.
Do not defend or make excuses for a mistake. Admitting to a mistake
and giving a solution shows maturity. The customer may not always be
right, but the customer must always win. Deal with problems
immediately and let customers know what you have done. Value
customer complaints; it gives us an opportunity to improve. Always go
out of your way to make your customers comfortable.
