“Wait I'm coming, I've got a torch!” cried Charlie, he
landed next to them and saw by the light of his lamp,
Thomas with a knife stuck in his chest, holding James
up by the throat.
“Charlie... help... me...” James articulated with what
little breath he had left.
“Take care what you do.” Thomas threatened.
Then Charlie runs away as fast as he can.
Thomas turned to James, took the knife out of his
chest and stuck it into James'.
James awoke again to the sound of his
mother's voice. James didn't have the strength to get
up for a few minutes, the slightest gesture seemed
impossible. He threw the book he was sleeping on
the floor and tried to get up. As he got up, he slipped
on the book and almost fell. He bent down to put it
away and then he saw the cover of the book: "The
mythological creatures". On the cover was a beautiful
bird with gold and red plumage. He quickly opened
the book and read the passage about this bird, the
phoenix. "The song of the phoenix has the power to
strengthen the courage of the pure of heart and to
provoke terror in the evil of heart." That's probably
