c. Submits for approval of the Principal the annual, quarterly and monthly activities;
d. Submits to the Principal the list of club officers and members and the schedules
of the club meetings
e. Meets regularly the officers and members of the club and submits the minutes of
the meetings to the Principal;
f. Overseas all activities of the club in and out of the school
g. Secures the permission of the parents of all members to attend activities held
outside the school campus or outside the school’s regular schedule;
h. Accompanies the club members in off-campus activities;
i. Conducts an evaluation of the activities of the club; and
j. Secures the approval for the use of school facilities for the club activities
6) Notifies the Principal of all meetings and activities that are cancelled or postponed;
7) Coordinates with Immaculada Community Extension Services all activities involving
community outreach project;
8) Is the Immaculadian animator club;
9) At the end of the Academic year, submits to the Principal an accomplishment report and
portfolio of activities;
10) Submits to the Principal an overview of the club description.

ARTICLE IV
TEACHING GUIDELINES and WORKING CONDITIONS

A teacher’s duties normally include:
▪ Classroom teaching
▪ Research
▪ Community Extension Services
▪ Extra and Co-Curricular Activity Facilitator

Section 1 CLASSROOM TEACHING

1.1 Teaching Hours

Full time faculty members in the basic education school and senior high school devoted
forty (40) hours a week in the school within the dates provided for by the school calendar. Of
these 40 hours
- 360 minutes a day (or thirty hours (30) a week) is devoted to classroom teaching
- 120 minutes a day (or ten hours (10) a week) is devoted to other assignments
which include class advisorship, substitution, club moderatorship, consultation
hours, preparation of instructional materials, checking of papers, etc.

1.2 Teaching Assignments

Teachers should be assigned a teaching load according to their specialization. As much as
possible, teachers should be assigned to teach only one of the following subject areas:
• Science
• English
• Mathematics
