H. The Projects
Here some projects you can choose to assign to your
students. You may choose the best project which meet your

students’ characteristic.
1. Essay Style Analysis Project
Description: Students select an academic essay from a
professional journal in their field and analyze the writing
style. They focus on identifying sentence structures,
vocabulary choices, and rhetorical devices that make the
essay formal or informal. Each student then writes a
short report on how the style enhances or detracts from
the effectiveness of the argument.

Objective: To help students become more aware of how
stylistic choices influence the readability and tone of an
essay.
Assessment: Graded based on the depth of analysis and
how well students explain the impact of style on the
essay’s effectiveness.
