        How It Works:

        •  Your HSA will be set-up with Anthem Actwise after you enroll and designate your annual contribution
          amount.
        •  SSC will match your annual contribution dollar for dollar, up to $600 if you have single coverage, and up
          to $1,200 if you have any other coverage level.
        •  You can contribute up to $3,650 for Team Member-only coverage, or $7,300* for Team Member +
          dependent coverage in 2022. This amount is increased by $1,000 for HSA participants age 55 or older.
          SSC will send your tax-advantaged payroll contributions to your ActWise HSA bank account on your
          behalf.
        •  You can use your HSA to pay for current health care expenses—or save it to pay for future health care
          expenses, such as when you retire or leave SSC.
