When you need help meeting life’s challenges, the Anthem Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here for
you and your household members. Available when YOU need it, 24/7/365 days a year. This benefit comes at
no cost, and is available to all Team Members—even if you do not enroll in our medical plan. Everything you
