Life and Accidental Death &
Dismemberment (AD&D)
Insurance Coverage

Life insurance is an important part of your
financial security, especially if others depend
on you for support. Accidental Death &
Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is
designed to provide a benefit in the event of
accidental death or dismemberment. Clarins
provides Basic Life and AD&D Insurance to
all eligible employees at no cost to you.
Contact HR with questions regarding your
basic life and AD&D coverage and specific
benefit amounts.

Business Travel Accident Insurance Coverage
Business Travel Accident Insurance covers you in the event of sickness, accidental
death or dismemberment when traveling for business. In addition, this coverage
includes:
• 24-hour worldwide business travel protection
• Travel assistance services
• Emergency medical evacuations

Disability Insurance Coverage

The goal of the Clarins Disability Insurance Plans is to provide you with
income replacement should you become disabled and unable to work due to a non-
work-related illness or injury. Clarins provides eligible employees with
disability income benefits at no cost to you.

Coverage Benefit

Minimum of 4 weeks after 90 days of service
Short-Term Disability/Salary 8 weeks after 1 year of service and 12 weeks after 3 years of
Continuation
service.

Covers 60% of your monthly earnings, to a certain maximum.
Eligible after 90 days of service.
Long-Term Disability
Benefit begins after 90 consecutive days of approved
disability.
