Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Sometimes life can be challenging. That’s why Clarins provides an employee assistance program (EAP) to
all eligible employees -- at no cost to you. The EAP is designed to provide prompt, confidential help with a
range of personal and family issues that may affect all of us from time to time. You and the family
members in your household (spouse or domestic partner, dependent children, parents and parents-in-
law) will receive up to three free counseling sessions with an EAP Professional. EAP counselors will assist
you with concerns such as:

• Marital and relationship issues • Work relationships
• Alcohol and drug abuse • Legal assistance
• Stress management • Wellness information
• Family/parenting problems • And much more

Retiree Gratis Program

Eligible Retired Employees of Clarins will be able to receive Retiree Gratis which provides the retired
employee with gratis once per year at the same amount they were eligible for at time of retirement.
You are eligible to be classified as a retired employee if you meet the following criteria:

• Have reached age 60
• Are in good standing and have at least 15 years of continuous service* immediately preceding your
retirement date.
*Service is considered continuous if there is less than a three-month break in service.
