2.3.13. Extension Classes
2.3.13.1. Programs can be extended to any location to serve the interests of stakeholders
without prejudice to existing programs in the campuses;
2.3.13.2. Extension classes can only be opened if the cost of operation will be shouldered
by the program’s proceeds/collection;
2.3.13.3. An extension class can only be opened when a minimum class size set are
ascertained after the enrollees should have met the admission requirements of the
University.
2.3.13.4. Proceeds from the program shall be deposited to STF and to be used as follows:
2.3.13.4.1. 90% for payment of professional services and cost of operation of the
program (electricity, rentals, etc)
2.3.13.4.2. 10% for administrative cost for the university

3.3.1 Policies, Procedures and Steps
3.3.1.1 Classroom Management
Academic and student manual was crafted and implemented in the classroom
activities both in the teaching and learning process. It follows a policy regarding
the contact hours of student regarding subject without laboratory and with
laboratory. It also follows policy in the maximum and minimum number of units
allowed to enroll per semester. Strict implementation of the arrangement of
subjects to be enrollees was strictly follows.
Table below shows how contact hours to students were distributed to their
respective subjects. Each (First and Second Term/Semester) have eighteen (18)
weeks equivalent and six (6) weeks equivalent for the Third Term/Summer.
