                Based on IFSU Code, the following are the process, procedures and policies for
               the following:

               Admission Policies
               Excerpts from IFSU Code Part V: Student Manual

               5.3.    Enrolment Procedure
               5.3.1.     Undergraduate Programs
               5.3.1.1.   Secure an enrollment form from the College Dean ( the College Dean shall  evaluate subjects
                          taken and will provide the class schedule);
               5.3.1.2.   Present the accomplished form to the registrar for encoding of subjects;
               5.3.1.3.   Present the form to the cash section for validation and payment of fees;
               5.3.1.4.   Settle your Student Insurance payment at the Cashiering Office;
               5.3.1.5.   Pay mutual assistance fee.

               5.3.2.  Graduate Programs
               5.3.2.1.   Secure  a  Registration  Form  from  the  Graduate  Studies  Office;  (for  new  Student,  Fill-up
                          application form for admission);
               5.3.2.2.   Fill-up the Registration Form (refer to the schedule of course posted at the Graduate Studies
                          Office);
               5.3.2.3.   Present  the  duly  accomplished  registration  form  to  the  Dean  for  signature,  then  to  the
                          University Registrar for confirmation of subject;
               5.3.2.4.   Proceed to the Accounting Section for assessment;
               5.3.2.5.   Pay the enrollment fees at the Cashiers Office;
               5.3.2.6.   Present the  Official Receipt at the Accounting for recording;
               5.3.2.7.   Settle your Student Insurance payment; and
               5.3.2.8.   Present ID card to University Registrar for validation.


               5.4.  Requirements For Admission
               5.4.1.     New Entrants
               5.4.1.1.  Generally, no applicant for enrollment shall be denied admission to the University by reasons of
                        sex, age, nationality, religion, political affiliation or physical disability.
               5.4.1.2.  All incoming freshmen who wish to enroll in the specific courses that require an entrance test
                        must take and pass the entrance test administered by the Guidance Office. An examination fee
                        shall be charged to each applicant.
               5.4.1.3.  Freshmen from recognized high schools, seeking entry into the University, after passing the
                        entrance examination, shall submit the following documents upon enrollment:
               5.4.1.3.1.     Original copy of Form 138-A (High School Report card);
               5.4.1.3.2.     Certificate of Good Moral Character;
               5.4.1.3.3.     2 Copies of latest I.D. picture (passport size)
               5.4.1.3.4.     National Statistics Office (NSO) Birth Certificate
               5.4.1.3.5.     Duly accomplished application form for admission
               5.4.1.3.6.     Medical Certificate;
               5.4.1.3.7.     Marriage certificate (for married students)


               5.4.1.4.  Freshmen who have not completely submitted the requirements shall not be admitted to enroll
                        in the succeeding semesters.
               5.4.1.5.  Freshmen who have not finished the requirement for the first semester should not be admitted
                        to enroll for the second semester.  This will avoid irregular students due to missing pre-requisites.


               Retention and Promotion Policies

               5.5.  Academic Retention
               5.5.1.  Conditional.  Any student who at the end of a semester, obtained final grades below 75% or its
                       equivalent, in 26-49% of the number of academic units in which he is enrolled shall be warned by
                       the  College  Dean  to improve  his  work.    He shall  be allowed  to enroll  15-18  units  only  in  the
                       succeeding semester;
               5.5.2.  Warning.  Any student who at the end of a semester obtained final grades below “75%” or its
                       equivalent in 50-74% of the total number of academic units in which he is enrolled shall be advised
                       to shift to other courses;
