36) No employee shall misutilise loans or advances obtained from the
                          society or the property of the society under his charge or care

                      37) No employee shall join any educational institution for further higher
                          studies except with the prior permission of the General Manager of
                          the Society.

                      38) No employee  of a co-operative  society shall bid in  any auction  of
                          the property or produce belonging to the society either directly or
                          indirectly.

                 An  employee  arrested  for  debt  or  on  a  criminal  charge  shall  be  placed
                   under suspension from the date of his arrest:

                 Provided that if he is released on bail or on recognizance, he may with
                   the approval of the  Registrar, be  permitted to resume  and  continue on
                   duty until charges are framed against him by the trying court:

                 An  employee  who  is  convicted  of  a  criminal  charge  involving  moral
                   turpitude by a Criminal Court shall be liable to dismissal.
               8)  The record of annual confidential report of the employees each year
                   with relation to his work and conduct shall be maintained by the Society.
                   The reporting authority shall be the General Manager and the accepting
                   authority shall be the Board of Directors / Managing Committee.
               9) Action on Retired / Removed / Dismissed employee:
               If any misconduct, loss to the funds of the Society, is noticed / pointed out
               at  a  later  date  by  any  means,  for  which  a  staff  of  the  Society  is  wholly  /
               partly held responsible and who is no more in service of the Society due to
               retirement /  removal / dismissal from service of the Society, such persons
               are  also  liable  for  suitable  disciplinary  action  besides  recovering  the  loss  /
               damage occurred to the funds of the Society.

               10.  PROHIBITION OF PECUNIARY TRANSACTION
                (1)  No  employee  of  a  society  shall  have  pecuniary  transactions  with
                      individuals or institutions coming in contact with him in the course of
                      his  official  duties  or  accept  directly  or  indirectly,  either  on  his  own
                      behalf or on behalf of any other person, or permit any member of his
                      family,  any  gift,  gratuity  or  reward  from  any  person  with  whom  he
                      may have to deal in his official capacity, provided that this clause shall
                      not  apply  for  the  borrowings  by  an  employee  on  the  security  of  his
                      deposits,  savings,  insurance  policies  or  documents  from  other
                      institutions and individuals.

                (2)  No  employee  of  a  Co-operative  society  shall  purchase  directly  or
                      indirectly  any property  of  a  member  of a society  against his  dues  to
                      the society which are sought to be recovered.
