The Executive Officer of TTD who happened to be the Ex-Officio President of TTD
Emp. Coop. Credit Society Ltd, Tirupati had resigned for President post during the year
1996. Thereupon, the then Vice-President acted as President i/c.

The Board of Directors, TTD ECCS Ltd., Tirupati in their Res.No.85, dt.16.11.1996
resolved among other things to appoint the following persons duly following the R-O-R and
Backlog.
