Accordingly, the CC & RCS, Hyderabad has conducted an enquiry and issued
orders vide Proc.Rc.No.25245/2004-UB-IV, dt.23.3.2005 that the following 06
appointments made in the Society are in accordance with rules and roster points.
1) M. Muni Govindaiah SC
2) S. Lokanadham BC-B
3) G.R. Babu SC
4) S. Ramakrishna SC
5) S. Nagaraju SC
6) J. DharaniBabu BC-A
Further, in the said orders, appointments made in respect of following 09 persons
are reported not in conformity of the Rules and the Board violated the recruitment rules
and not followed the R-O-R and hence, such appointments to be cancelled.

3) M. Madhusudhana Reddy OC
4) M. Gunasekhar Reddy OC
5) P. Sudhakar SC
6) P. Prasad BC-A

Further, on the representation of the individuals, the CC&RCS, Hyderabad re-
examined the subject and issued further proceedings Rc.No.25245/2004-ECCS-UB-IV,
dt.15.12.2005 directed the President / G.M, TTD ECCS to take necessary action for
appointment of the 9 individuals in the existing 9 vacancies as recommended by the DCO,
Ctr as per eligibility under the provisions of the existing staff pattern already approved.
While so, M. Muni Govindaiah, S. Lokanadham, S. Nagaraju, J. Dharani Babu filed
Contempt Case in C.C.No.707/2005 against the President, TTD ECCS with prayer to
punish the respondents herein for violating, disobeying the order of the H.C dt.6.6.2001 in
W.P.No.27100/1996. The Hon’ble Court on 7.8.2006 passed following order:
“When the order passed by the learned Single Judge (i.e. order dt.6.6.2001 in
WP.No.27100/96) is modified by a Division Bench (Order dt.15.7.2004 in
W.A.No.1738/2001), and the contempt case filed alleging disobedience of the directions
issued in the Writ Appeal was dismissed, no contempt case can be filed against the order
as originally passed in the writ petition. The contempt case, therefore, is dismissed.”
