(2) J. Dharani Babu filed W.P.No.15692/2009 seeking directions to 1st respondent to
appoint the Petitioner as Attender in the Society w.e.f. 6.6.2001 with all
consequential benefits. The Hon’ble HC in its Order dt.4.8.2009 in
W.P.M.P.No.20608/2009 issued interim direction as prayed for.
(3) S. Nagaraju filed W.P.No.15705/2009 seeking directions to 1st respondent to appoint
the Petitioner as Attender in the Society w.e.f. 6.6.2001 with all consequential
benefits. The Hon’ble HC in its Order dt.4.8.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.20624/2009 issued
interim direction as prayed for.
(4) B. Madhusudhan Reddy filed W.P.No.16151/2009 seeking directions to 1st
respondent to appoint the Petitioner as Attender in the Society w.e.f. 6.6.2001 with
all consequential benefits. The Hon’ble HC in its Order dt.4.8.2009 in
W.P.M.P.No.21205/2009 issued interim direction as prayed for.
The Hon’ble High Court on 8.11.2010 in (a) W.A.M.P.No.1517/2009 in
W.A.No.784/2009 (b) W.A.M.P.No.1518/2009 in W.A.No.785/2009 (c)
W.A.M.P.No.1519/2009 in W.A.No.786/2009 (d) W.V.M.P.No.4156/2009;
W.P.M.P.No.20601/2009 in W.P.No.15685/2009 (e) W.V.M.P.No.4132/2009;
W.P.M.P.No.20608/2009 in W.P.No.15692/2009 (f) W.V.M.P.No.4130/2009;
W.P.M.P.No.20624/2009 in W.P.No.15705/2009 and (g) W.V.M.P.No.4128/2009;
W.P.M.P.No.21205/2009 in W.P.No.16151/2009 made common order that “while

admitting the writ petitions, on 4.8.2009, this Court issued interim direction directing the 1
st
respondent to consider the petitioners for appointment as Assistants in the 1 respondent-
society in the light of the common judgment dt.17.3.2009 in W.P.No.11794/2006 batch.
Further, while admitting the appeals filed by the society, this court passed the order to the
effect that any appointments of respondents that are made, shall be subject to the result of
the main Writ Appeal. In view of the clarification made in the course of the order passed in
W.A.M.Ps, we see no grounds to entertain these vacate stay petitions. Accordingly, the
WVMPs in WPs are dismissed and the interim orders passed in WPMPs in WPs are made
absolute. However, it is needless to observe that any appointment made pursuant to the
interim direction in the writ petitions will always be subject to the result in the writ petitions
as well as the writ appeal.”
In view of above orders of the Hon’ble High Court, the Society issued orders vide
Proc.Roc.No.EB1/10/TTDEB/96, dt.9.2.2011 appointing G.R. Babu as Assistant; J.
Dharani Babu, S. Nagaraju and B. Madhusudhana Reddy as Attenders, subject to
outcome of court cases. Accordingly, all the four persons reported for duty on 15.2.2011.
Further, the contempt case filed by J. Dharani Babu vide C.C.No.1574/2009 was
also closed on 15.2.2012 since the society implemented the court order and given
appointment to the petitioner.
