CHAPTER – I

Short title commencement and applications

1. Service Regulations of the employees of the Tirumala Tirupati
Devasthanams Employees Cooperative Credit Society Limited,
Reg.No.U382, Tirupati, TTD Administrative Buildings, Kapila
Theertham Road, Tirupati – 517501.

2. These service Regulations shall apply to all the employees working in
the Society who are appointed on regular basis after following
prescribed procedure, except to the Officer or staff taken on
deputation from T.T.D. or from Cooperative Department or on contract
basis or otherwise.

3. The employees of the TTD ECCS staff shall be governed by the Service
Regulations and such orders circulars and clarifications issued from
time to time by the Registrar of Coop. Societies Act, Rules and Bye
laws of the society.

4. The Service Regulations shall come into force from the date of
registration by the Registrar.

5. For any clarification or if any doubt arises at any time regarding
interpretation or application of these regulations, the matter shall be
referred to the Registrar, whose decision shall be final.
