Racemic mixture of dl-(±) limonene, known as Dipentene.

Terpinole

Source: oil of coriander and orange.

Sylvestrene

Swedish pine needle oil (‫)زاﯾﻟتﺻﻧوﺑر‬.

It is the only natural monocyclic monoterpene which has the m-

menthane structure.

Uses: - Flavoring agent in pharmaceutical preparations and cosmetics.

Racemic mixture of dl-(±) Sylvestrene, known as Carvestrene.

3- Bicylic monoterpene hydrocarbons:

Composed of two condensed rings. The two rings do not exist in one
