Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

System used to track time sheets and project time. Used to document and report project
and vacation time for purposes of planning, billing and tracking. It offers a way to submit,
review, track and approve timecards. Timecards can be approved automatically or routed for
approval using Oracle Workflow.

Organizational Human Resource Plan (OHRP)

People and organization plan to support the business strategy.

Orphan Drug Designation (ODD)

Pharmaceutical agent developed specifically to treat a rare medical condition, condition
itself referred to as orphan disease

Orphan Record

Occurs when an adjustment is made in a currency that is not the same as the original
transaction currency.

Overall Performance Rating (OPR)

Used at the end-of-year Performance Management Process to indicate what an employee
accomplished through goals and how well they demonstrated core behaviors while doing so.
Possible OPRs are Outstanding, Exceptional, Solid, Partially Meets, and Unsatisfactory.

PA Web ADI Standard Template Attribute Category

This field allows you to designate whether the entry is for an Accrual, an Expense or a
Prepaid (by clicking the “LOV” button in the List of Values dialogue box). Once you have
selected the category, you will be asked for a GL Accrual, Expense or Prepaid account to
charge as the Credit to your entry.

Manually entered unique identifier for a batch.
