               Detailed plan outlining actions needed to reach one or more goals.

               PlanFcst

               Primary planning (AOP and forecast) data entry. Equivalent to Plan1 but smaller for efficient
               data entry. Results loaded to Plan1.

               Planisware OPX2

               This is an integrated product development platform to be deployed across Biogen in order to
               maintain program timelines, integrate line information, and perform resource estimation
               and assignment. This system will be used to facilitate transparency and alignment across
               the Company, enhance planning and reporting processes, and provide more accurate,
               relevant and timely data for decision making and process improvement purposes.

               Planning Cubes


               Forecast cubes that are input by planners. The actuals pull from GL and PA module. Can
               write to planning cubes. These cubes are used by Business Planning and for management
               reporting.


               Planning Currency

               You can plan in a planning currency or functional currency; Planning currency follows the
               region.

               PlanOld

               Used for historical reporting; goes back 5 years.

               PlanRpt


               Planning and reporting cube. It is a consolidation application, including displaying
               allocations, currency conversion, parallel trade, etc. Also used for internal reporting.

               Plasma Exchange (PLEX)

               Process used to remove specific substances from the blood, used to remove TYSABRI in
               suspected PML (Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy) cases.

               Positron Emission Tomography (PET)

               Imaging technique to identify cancerous areas, scan is performed after small radioactive
               injection
