Looking for renovations and improvements in auditorium as part of a comprehensive,
multi-phase plan (in four areas)
Auditorium is approx. 480 square meters
Intention is to provide additional services for students and programs for the community,
with some small fee included to help with sustainability issues – best approach may be to
treat this as a community training center (basic education vs economic & community
development)
The community is vulnerable in access to education
Proposed budget $37,500 to $40,000 for chairs, screens, projector, lighting, sound
enhancing improvements (fixing and lowering ceiling) & audio
Although there is a structural plan for the school property, a needs assessment may better
define the scope and community buy-in

impact, what are details on the proposed budget, what are roles of Rotarians and for
Rotaractors & Interactors, who are partner Rotary clubs, what is club contribution
