10. Non-compliance to this policy will result to cancellation of your attendance on that
day.
11. It should be everyone’s obligation and responsibility to check their daily attendance
in the ERP from time to time. It is not the fault of the management if there will be
problems that will arise regarding your attendance.
12. All employees and officials are only given 24 hours to inform & address
issues/problems regarding their daily attendance. After 24 hours, they will no longer be
entertained. This is to avoid problems/difficulties in preparing for the payroll.
Overtime (OT)
1. Overtime must be personally filed by the employee in ERP.
2. The Chief Executive Officer is the only authorized official to approve OT.
3. Overtime should be filed one (1) hour before the end of the shift (for example, if the
end of the shift is 5 pm…OT must be filed on or before 4 pm).
4. Overtime application should have the corresponding Job Order (JO).
5. You should only apply OT if there is an urgent and immediate need for it. Everyone is
encouraged to finish all their tasks and responsibilities within the shift.
Failure to carry out any of the above-mentioned tasks will result to disciplinary
actions.
