Follow the A40 through Stokenchurch, past Beacon’s Bottom to the e., through Studley Green
to West Wycombe.
The Hellfire Caves are signposted just after entering West Wycombe. And they are just around
the corner. There’s a carpark on the left.

village. Look for a yellow building on the r. The West Wycombe Caves are to the l. at that point
(signposted).
West Wycombe to Windsor Castle
Continue through West Wycombe on High St, the A40.
Go through Pedestal Roundabout s/posted “Wycombe A40 / A4010 / M40)”.
1.0 mi 51.6404, -0.7827 Turn r. into Chapel Lane the A4010, s/posted “(M40) / Marlow (A404) /
A4010”.
Go straight through four r/bouts, following Chapel Lane, New Rd and John Hall Way.
2.6 mi 51.6117, -0.7675 At the large oval r/bout at Handy Cross take the 4th exit s/posted
“Reading / Slough / Marlow / A404”.
