Go through a small r/bout and further on str. ahd on to Chesil St, still following the B3330.
The Chesil St multi-storey carpark is on the r.
0.6 mi. At the next r/bout take the 1st l. on to Bridge St. You’ll cross a bridge (on Bridge St!!) over
the River Itchen and come to a grassed roundabout. Take the 1st l. on to The Broadway. The
statue of King Alfred will be on your r. just after that turn and the stately Guildhall with its clock
tower will be on your l. The Tourist Information Centre is in that building.
Best idea is to get a park near here. Winchester Cathedral is behind the Guildhall building.
