Employees should bring no more than enough food/container that will be consumed within a day or
two. Personal cups, dishes, containers, or food items should be labeled with the employee’s name and
date and stored in the lunchroom cupboards or refrigerator. Each person is responsible for properly
dating their items and removing them from the refrigerators and freezers on a weekly basis to prevent
spoiling. No open containers of any kind will be left in the refrigerators or freezers.

Employees will be asked to remove their food and related items from the refrigerator every 1 and 3
Friday so that the refrigerator/freezer can be cleaned. All unidentifiable or unmarked items will be
discarded at that time.
If coffee and condiments are provided, all employees who drink coffee are responsible for making it
and caring for the pots as needed. Please be considerate of others by making additional coffee when
you empty the pot.
SOLICITATION
Employees should be able to work in an environment that is free from unnecessary annoyances and
interference with their work. Solicitation by employees selling or sharing Non-Credit Union related
material is prohibited while either the employee being solicited or the employee doing the soliciting
is on “working time.” “Working time” is defined as time during which an employee is not at a meal,
on break, or on the premises immediately before or after his or her shift.
Non-employees may not trespass or solicit or distribute materials anywhere on company property at
any time.
