Police Federal Credit Union reserves the right to determine which training functions are in the best
interests of the company, its future planning and direction.

Employees are required to take online courses, attend training seminars or workshops conducted on-
site or off-site on a yearly and as needed basis outlined by Human Resources, Chief Executives, and
the Compliance Officer. After concluding training, the employee must take an exam and/or an
acknowledgement and attestation document. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of all
learning opportunities available and to submit requests for additional instructions and training
              through their Supervisor if needed.

The training platform may be in the form of:

                  a. On-line courses and exams

                  b. Certificate programs and credentials

                  c. Courses offered by an accredited institution, including e-learning

                  d. Workshops, seminars, and conferences on-site and/or off-site.

The Corporate Compliance Officer is responsible for developing the compliance education curriculum
and monitoring and ensuring that compliance training and orientation meet the policy standards on
this subject. Compliance training will include an explanation of the structure and operation of the
corporate compliance program and inform all attendees and employees as to the identity of the

              Corporate Compliance Officer.
              INTERNAL ADVANCEMENT

Police FCU encourages professional development and career advancement of all employees. It is the
Credit Union’s policy to consider carefully an internal applicant for a published vacancy for which the
internal applicant meets the required qualifications. On occasion the Credit Union may initiate a
transfer of an employee between departments and facilities to meet business demands.

Management prefers to promote from within and will first consider current employees with the
necessary qualifications and skills to fill vacancies. At times, business decisions may dictate a need to
fill an open position without posting internally or when outside recruitment is deemed to be in the
company’s best interest. Police FCU reserves the right to select the best candidate for the vacant
position whether from within or from outside the Credit Union.

Human Resources will announce position vacancies to employees with an internal applicant
submission deadline. For immediate and confidential consideration, employees who feel they meet
the required qualifications shall submit a cover letter and resume. To ensure timely consideration of
any internal applicants, information must be submitted using the specified instructions as outlined in
              the job posting announcement.
