Police FCU encourages employees to bring their disputes or differences with other employees to the
attention of their Supervisors or Human Resources before the situation escalates. All reports of
threats of (or actual) violence, suspicious individuals or activities will be promptly and thoroughly
investigated. Police FCU will not retaliate against employees making good-faith reports of violence,

threats or suspicious individuals or activities.

The identity of the Police FCU individual making a report will be protected as much as is practical. To
maintain workplace safety and the integrity of its investigation, Police FCU may suspend employees,
either with or without pay, pending investigation.

Anyone determined to be responsible for threats of (or actual) violence or other conduct that is in
violation of these guidelines will be subject to prompt disciplinary action up to and including
              employment termination.

              INCLEMENT WEATHER

Police FCU will always make every attempt to be open for business. Employees are expected to report
to work on time unless otherwise notified. A special telephone number has been set up to record
inclement weather staff announcements. Employees are required to call 301-817-1200; enter 888 as
the extension and listen to the pre-recorded message and report to work as directed.

On occasion, federal government announcements pertaining to “closed to the public”, “unscheduled
              leave”, “telework” or “delayed opening” may be authorized by the Office of Personnel Management;
however, unless otherwise notified by a Police FCU management official, each employee is expected
to report to work on time.

If road conditions/transportation dictates a late arrival, each employee must notify his or her
Supervisor in accordance with absence and tardiness protocol. Employees are encouraged to call the

special telephone number above or log on to www.Policefcu.com for up-to-date information or
              contact their Supervisor for instructions.

If the office(s) is officially closed during the course of the day to permit employees to leave early, only
employees who are working on-site as of the time of the closing will be paid for a full day. Employees
who take leave prior to the announcement of the closing will be charged leave for time away from
              work.
