1. I should have met my entire team as well as related stakeholders of my projects within the first week
only.
2. As a vendor manager, I missed out on visiting vendors in the first two weeks. More and early visits
could’ve helped me come up more insights.

❖ What are the things to keep in mind in the internship?

1. Be regularly connected with your managers and mentors and keep them on the same page.

2. Never give up. Things will seem tough and very ambiguous initially but with consistent efforts in the
right direction things will shape out well eventually.

❖ What pre-internship preparation do you suggest for juniors?

Download from seniors as to Cloudtail specific nuances and understand your companies’ culture. Brush up
of MS Excel.

❖ Anything else you would like to add

Apart from the suggestions above, the one thing I would like to add is always believe yourself and your
abilities. Go out there, give your best and have fun doing your project.
