                                              Policies and Procedures
             Dress and Appearance: Contractors are required to wear appropriate, business casual attire during their regular
             workday, or while attending an organization sponsored event or waiver event.
             Management may make exceptions. All contractors must present a neat, clean, professional appearance while
             representing CCS. If contractors need clarity, they can consult with their supervisor. For special occasions or
             circumstances at which time contractors will be notified in advance.

             Smoking: While representing CCS, no smoking will be permitted.

             Harassment: CCS prohibits any form of harassment based upon sex, gender, race, religious orientation, or
             disability. Infringement of this policy will result in immediate termination without notice.
             Diversity Statement: At CCS, we define "diversity" as all the unique characteristics that make up each of us:
             personalities, lifestyles, thought processes, work experiences, ethnicity, race, color, religion, gender, gender
             identity, sexual orientation, marital status, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other differences. We

             Our contractors play an important role in creating a work environment in which individuals, contractors
             and business partners feel valued and respected for their contributions. Contractors promote diversity

                  Foster an atmosphere of trust, openness, and candor
             We best understand the needs of our individuals and foster innovation when our contractors embrace
             diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our business.

             3.6    Probationary Period

             Upon date of hire, a 90-day probation period will ensue. At the end of 90 days an evaluation of
             performance will occur to determine further employment status.
             Evaluation may occur any time within the 90-day period to assist with evaluation of performance. All contractors
             will have an annual review. Supervisors and contractors will discuss job performance and goals on an informal
             day-to-day basis. The performance of all contractors will be evaluated on an annual basis. CCS will review an
             contractor’s performance with their immediate supervisor. Any salary change will be based on several factors
             which include, but are not limited to, performance evaluation and where the salary currently falls within CCS’
             compensation structure.
             3.7    Termination


             CCS may terminate a contractor at will with or without cause. Any infringement upon company policy or
             negligence to follow specific job description or company operations will result in further disciplinary action, not
             excluding termination.

             3.8    Code of Ethics
