                  Focusing on the target.
               2.  Posture / Balance
                  For effective technique.
               3.  Breathing / Kihap
                  The  breathing-kihap  connection  for  timing  and  the
                  consolidation of energy.
               4.  Tempo / Timing / Grace
                  Moving smoothly with proper technique.
               5.  Spirit / Attitude
                  The Warrior’s Spirit.
               6.  Muscle Control / Coordination
                  Tightening and relaxing for the technique.
               7.  Hips / Center
                  Focusing the generation of all movement from the
                  hips/center.
               8.  Speed / Snap
                  Using Elements 6 & 7 to generate the technique’s speed
                  & snap.
               9.  Power / Intensity
                  Using Elements 6 & 7 to generate the technique’s power
                  & intensity.
             10.  Fine Tuning / Understanding
                  Review and the understanding of how all the elements
                  coordinate to create physically effective techniques.
