                            Continuous practice is required to
                           understand each of the 10 elements.




               6.  Muscle Control / Coordination
                  The Hard / Soft aspect and the syncing together of basic
                  movements
               7.  Hips / Center
                  How the center and hips generate all movement and cre-
                  ate stability.
               8.  Speed / Snap
                  Generating  speed  and  snap  (retraction)  from  the
                  hips/center.
               9.  Power / Intensity
                  Generating power from the hips/center.
             10.  Fine Tuning / Understanding
                  Detail training and Review
           Continuous  practice  is  required  to  understand  each  of  the  10
           elements. Only then can progress to the next phase be achieved.
