                  movement.

               7.  Kihap  (Kiai):  The  consolidation  of  energy  at  the  proper
                  time.
               8.  Attitude: Martial mindset
           This  process  was  expanded  to  become  the  Ten  Elements;  the
           foundational  process  of  continuous  improvement  for  teaching,
           training, and evaluation.
