BEYOND BASICS

A person’s conditioned response is to move away from something
coming at them. Unless you’re Bruce Lee fast, targeting where
someone is at the start of an attack will result in a miss because
they aren’t going to be there anymore. They will have move away
           from the attack.

Leading the Target is to assess how far an opponent typically moves
on an attack and then target the attack to where they are expected
           to move.

How would you like for an opponent to
be like a Deer in the Headlights

Even if they stop short, the attack is still targeted to where they
are expected to be and can more easily be adjusted for the shorter
           distance.
Test an opponent's reaction and assess just how far that reaction
causes them to move and re-target for that distance.

How would you like for an opponent to be like a Deer in the
Headlights on an attack making them an easier target?
           That would be awesome! Right?
