would defend against the right attack and vice versa.
Dan’s Monitoring Method became the model for a defensive
method I called Defending the Triangle.
Because I developed multiple defensive methods, Dan’s
monitoring method had to be modified to fit my fighting style. The
difference was that either hand could defend a side as you’ll see
shortly.
