He read the list one final time, saved the file, and closed his laptop. He then went back to
the bedroom to wake Betsy. He kissed her lightly on the forehead. Before he could say
anything, she put her arms around his neck and sleepily murmured, “Good Morning Darling.
I was waiting for you. Hope you were able to finish your work. I will get the breakfast while
you get ready.” And she was out of the bed.
Dan was in the car at 07:30 sharp.
Tom was waiting when he reached office. They met enthusiastically and settled down in a
huddle room after picking up coffee from the pantry.
