“It is clear Ron. And I cannot thank you enough for choosing Mindful Attitude for me. It

               has transformed my life.”

“No need for thanks Dan. It has continued for so many weeks because of you and your

Mindful Attitude of learning. Your immense Seek, Soak, Sift and Share has inspired me to

keep going. I would have ended it much earlier without it.”

“I get it Ron. Can I ask you another question – I know Leadership as defined in our

company but what is Bold Leadership?”

“I would answer it when we discuss Bold Leadership. Let us stay with Mindful Attitude

and understand it first. Psychology books and dictionaries are filled with numerous definitions

of Attitude. I, however, see it rather simply – Attitude is the ‘values’ that drive and guide

               our actions and behavior.”

“I believe that people with Mindful Attitude have variations of these five values and are

able to ‘PILOT’ theirs and others’ lives towards success.

Passion: They find excitement in everything they do. They set stretching goals that challenge and stimulate
               them.

Integrity: They are sincere and straightforward. They operate within the letter and spirit of the law and uphold
               company values and principles.
Love: They believe in and practice compassionate selfless care. They feel and exhibit personal enthusiasm for

               people.
Ownership: They hold themselves accountable for their decisions and actions. They use company assets
prudently as they would their own because they believe that employee and company interests are inseparable.

Trust: They show confidence in others’ capability and intentions. They demonstrate consistency, dependability,
               and predictability in their behavior.
