1. The ability to make people feel VALUED. This EMPOWERS them and
results in better decisions/ solutions.
2. Effective Communication starts with FEEL & THINK. ASK, LISTEN,
and NONVERBALS are critical, but neglected aspect of
communication.
3. Always start a conversation by clearly describing the intent.
Without the right context, words may convey different meaning and
cause misunderstanding.
